SUSTAINABLE PROTEIN CONSORTIUMS

Sustainable Protein Consortiums are made up of industry and facilitated by ProteinMB. Sustainable Protein Consortiums meet regularly to share best practice, help learn from others, serve as outside eyes for problem solving, and identify areas where there are barriers and opportunities for growth.

Each Sustainable Protein Consortium will consist of protein companies. ProteinMB plans to initiate consortiums, one consisting of primary agricultural producers and the other consisting of protein food processors. Additional Sustainable Protein Consortiums will be developed based on interest and fit.

Meeting cadence: Monthly, excluding July and August for Food Processors, and August for Primary Producers.

WHY JOIN A SUSTAINABLE PROTEIN CONSORTIUM?

Joining a sustainable protein consortium offers numerous benefits for businesses and professionals in the industry. By participating, members can work on their business rather than just in it, leveraging best practices and industry tours to enhance their operations.

The consortium facilitates the growth of a robust industry network, bringing in diverse perspectives to help solve problems and identify opportunities.

Associates receive guidance from ProteinMB facilitated sessions and gain access to critical information, intelligence, and updates through workshops and events. This involvement keeps them informed about the latest technology, skills development, productivity, business development, safety, and environmental practices.
