A group of protein companies who agree to meet on a regular basis to share issues and opportunities with others in the group and use the network to solve operational problems, improve their bottom line, and grow their business. The group is facilitated and supported by a seasoned ProteinMB facilitator who administers and coordinates the meetings including the agendas which are set by the group. 

DESCRIPTION

Bring protein processors together to explore how connecting with a group of industry peers through a monthly learning / sharing network can support sustainable growth. Companies cooperate with each other to achieve and sustain improved business performance and outcomes. The group is facilitated by ProteinMB and would include discussions and problem solving in areas such as productivity, skills, technology, sustainability, safety, etc.
